What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is counted when a visitor engages with your Hasky widget. Each unique visitor session counts as one conversation, regardless of how many messages are exchanged. If the same visitor returns on a different day, that counts as a new conversation.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
On the Free plan, conversations will stop once you hit 100 for the month. On paid plans, you'll automatically be charged the overage rate ($0.20 for Standard, $0.16 for Pro) for each additional conversation. You can set conversation limits in your dashboard to prevent unexpected charges.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. When you downgrade, the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
